Amaro Sour
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Amaro Flora
3/4 oz Rare Grain Fernet Barrel Aged Whisky
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon
1/4 oz Simple Syrup/ Honey
1 Egg White
Garnish: Lemon Twist and Cocktail Cherry
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the garnish in a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice for at least 10 seconds.
Add ice and continue shaking until chilled and strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish with lemon zest and cocktail cherry.
