Ingredients

1 oz Amaro Flora

1 oz Lindera

1 oz Pasubio

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

8 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 Egg White

1 Orange Peel

Garnish: Maraschino Cherry

Preparation

Combine Amaro Flora, Lindera, Pasubio, Egg White, Simple Syrup, Bitters and Orange Peel into cocktail shaker with fresh ice.

Shake until blended and strain into coupe glass.

Garnish with Maraschino Cherry and enjoy.
